A Meaningful life - How to know 'What is Right for YOU?'

If you are looking for ways to make your life more meaningful, you are in the right place. Let me start by letting you know - 'What's right for the world may NOT be right for you!'

There, I said it. As frightening as it may sound but there it is. I know you have always been expected to follow the norms, and follow the usual route to growing up in one form or another. But it’s the absolute truth. And why am I so sure of it, because I have been there and done that already.

The first signal towards knowing if something is not working for you is a feeling of disconnect. When you can't connect with what you are doing at an emotional level, then logic can simply go to hell.

"Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did.So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sail.Explore.Dream. Discover." - Mark Twain

Even if everyone around you is doing the same thing day in and day out, pretending to be happy while being a part of the rat race, then that's the story that they choose to write for themselves. But that does not have to be you. You can choose to write your own story in a way that makes you dream and live to be more alive than ever before. To live a life that is meaningful has come to become an art form of sorts.

(I know that some of the sentences above may sound poetic, but I have come to realize that this happens when I am most connected to the subject I write about.)

Allow yourself to love and feel the freedom, allow yourself to get hurt and feel the real pain, allow your self to live and cherish each & every breath.

Add meaning to your life

To lead a Meaningful Life:

Everyone around you may be busy running the errands, and living a life they claim to love, while in their hearts most of them are not really happy. They will still force themselves to continue to do the things that are disconnected with them, and live a life with more and more regrets. They often will realize when it's too late, and even then they will do nothing. They are simply wired to give up on themselves.

If you are looking for a happier life than that, and you want to respect who you are, then give your self the permission to feel deserving and cherished from inside you.

Respecting your breath, your life and cherishing all that you have is the key to finding happiness and purpose. But Respecting should never be confused with giving in to the expectations of the world. That’s actually quite the opposite of respecting who you truly are and what you are capable of becoming in this life.

As an international level coach, I work with a lot of different people from different cultures and parts of the world. I empower you to help you find yourself, your genius, your direction, your path, your success, your excellence now and for ever more. And the most important thing I do is to help you form a connection with yourself and with your dreams, and with who you are and what you are truly capable of becoming. And that is what helps you gain clarity towards your purpose in life.

And that’s, in fact, the only way to get from where you are to where you want to be. It all starts inside you. Allow yourself to feel deserving, and loved and cherished.

'Effortless Doing' - Following your passion and Doing what you love

Wei Wu Wei - Effortless Doing. Don't we all want to get into that zone of effortless doing. When our work and actions become effortless. Often times, we find this concept most difficult to achieve in our professional lives.

We grow up watching the people in our life struggling to make ends meet, and we then believe that this is what we have got to do too. These people we observe, many-a-time were stuck in jobs that they did not like, and with people who did not value them. You saw that they were often unhappy or cribbing whenever someone picked up the topic of their job or career.
